This document provides general guidance as to the approach we will usually take in assessing whether a project achieves a Satisfactory Expected Commercial Return (‘SECR’).

If requested at the time a Relinquishment is processed through the Energy Portal, the Licence Operator shall send the Authority a Relinquishment Report within three months of the licence being relinquished.
