Guidance note on the NSTA’s fees and charges regime

This guidance sets out when the Authority will normally consider the adequacy of a company’s governance arrangements and the factors that the Authority will usually take into consideration when doing so.

This is the general approach the NSTA will normally take on consulting (including on guidance)

Offshore and Onshore production licence relinquishments - surrenders - and determinations - are processed through the UK Energy Portal using the PEARS User Guidance. 

PON 7 and petroleum reporting is handled under the PPRS (Petroleum Production Reporting System) system. The submission guidance on this system describes the data requirements and format for the reporting of hydrocarbon production from offshore and onshore fields and terminals in the UK
